From a product perspective, ZY405 appears as a fine, evenly distributed white emulsion with a mild texture and excellent fluidity, making it easy to apply during coating processes. Its core formulation includes premium film-forming agents, highly efficient photosensitive components, and a range of functional additives. The film-forming agent is composed of specialized high-polymer polymers that create a dense, robust, and highly elastic stencil film when applied to the screen mesh. This type of stencil film exhibits exceptional adhesion to various screen materials, such as nylon mesh, polyester mesh, and stainless steel mesh, ensuring that it remains firmly bonded to the screen even during intensive printing cycles. As a result, the film avoids issues like peeling or flaking, significantly extending the lifespan of the screen stencil. Meanwhile, the highly efficient photosensitive agent is sensitive to specific wavelengths of light. During the exposure process for stencil production, the exposed areas rapidly undergo photochemical reactions, triggering cross-linking and solidification at the molecular level to form a stable stencil structure. In contrast, the unexposed areas remain soluble, allowing them to be easily washed away during the subsequent development stage. Finally, the functional additives work synergistically within the formula: the sensitizer enhances the photosensitivity, reducing exposure time and boosting overall production efficiency; the dispersant ensures uniform distribution of all ingredients, preventing sedimentation or clumping and maintaining consistent product performance; and the plasticizer imparts optimal flexibility to the stencil film, enabling it to withstand challenging printing conditions without becoming brittle or prone to cracking—thus preserving its ideal printability at all times.
