ZY202Ⅱ Flat-Plate Photopolymer Plate-Making Emulsion (Acid- and Alkali-Resistant)
The ZY202Ⅱ flat-screen photopolymer plate-making emulsion excels in acid- and alkali resistance, making it an excellent choice for printing plate production. In various printing processes, color pastes often contain acidic or alkaline components, which can easily erode conventional photopolymer emulsions, leading to issues like pinholes and ink bleeding—severely compromising both print quality and the lifespan of the screen mesh.
ZY403 Flat-Plate Blu-ray Plate-Making Photosensitive Emulsion
It appears as a blue, water-soluble emulsion, and this unique color helps clearly monitor the coating process during plate-making. Chemically, the core photosensitive agent is highly sensitive to blue-violet light, rapidly triggering a photochemical reaction when exposed to wavelengths between 340 and 440 nm, which in turn initiates polymerization or cross-linking of the film-forming agent.
