Instructions for Use
1. Recover After unpacking, take out the nickel screen. After supporting tension rings on the inner walls of both ends of the nickel screen, place it in a 150°C oven for 60 minutes for recovery (circle). 2. Wash Before coating, the nickel screen must be cleaned. When cleaning, use nickel screen cleaning liquid, soak the nickel screen in the nickel screen cleaning liquid, leave it for 10 minutes, take it out, rinse it with clean water, and place it in a drying box to dry at low temperature. At the same time, avoid stains on the nickel screen. (The nickel screen cleaning fluid is corrosive, so protective gloves should be worn during operation). 3. Coating Coating speed 10-15 cm/minute 4. Low temperature drying Put the coated nickel screen into a low-temperature oven at a temperature of 35-40°C and a relative humidity of 60%. The drying time is 45 minutes. It can be adjusted up or down according to the actual effect. When drying (the circulating exhaust fan should be turned on in the low-temperature oven, and the temperature difference between the upper and lower temperatures should not be greater than ±2°C). Example reference (38°C 45 minutes) 5. Engraving When engraving the nickel screen on the blue-ray machine, set the machine's speed to 200-360 rpm according to the thickness of the photosensitive emulsion. 6. Development The screen after engraving by the Blu-ray machine should be developed in time, soaked in a water tank at 5-30°C for 2-3 minutes, rinsed with an air spray gun, and dried in a low-temperature oven. 7. Retouching Check the engraved nickel screen details and make repairs for incorrect placement. 8.High temperature drying Place the engraved nickel screen into a high-temperature oven, set the temperature to 180°C, and dry for 90-120 minutes. After cooling, install the end ring.
