Instructions for Use
1. Cleanup Polish the bonding surface between the end ring and the nickel screen with sandpaper, then clean it with acetone or absolute ethanol and dry it 2. Mixing Mix the two components evenly on the board or film in the ratio of a:b=1:0.5-1 3. Scribble Use a scraper to evenly apply a thin layer of glue on the bonding surface of the end ring and the nickel screen, then laminate and bond it on the rotary screen end ring installation machine, and wipe off the remaining glue on the edge. 4. Curing It can be left to cure naturally at room temperature for more than 24 hours or be cured by heating at 80-120°Cfor20-30minutes.It canalso be cured at hightemperature in an oven at 160-180C.
