Instructions for Use
1. Wash The silk screen should be free of oil and stains before coting. It can be cleaned with weak alkaline detergent, then washed with clean water, dried at low temperature, and stored in a clean place. 2. Mix Use yellow diffuse light, put 3.5g of photosensitizer into 80-90ml of clean water, stir and dissolve, filter 1kg of emulsion through a silk screen, stir evenly, and let it stand for defoaming. 3. Coting Mechanical Coting: Use an automatic coting machine to coat the printing surface and scraping surface of the screen once and dry them.
Coting methods and times are affected by factors such as mesh number, pattern fineness, and print durability, and must be determined according to actual requirements.4. Exposure Before exposure, clean the photosensitive machine glass platen and inspect the original film. When exposed, the original film is closely combined with the printing surface of the screen. 5. Development Immerse the photosensitive screen in a tank at 10-30°C for 1-2 minutes, or rinse the front and back sides of the screen with a water pipe. When obvious graphics stars appear on the screen, place it on the rinse rack and use pressured water to wash it. Rinse the printing surface at a constant speed until the graphic outline is clear, and then use pressure-free water on the scraping surface to remove the residue. Remove the moisture on the screen and place the screen in a drying oven with circulating air at 40°C to dry. 6. Revised edition The rinsed screen is placed in a drying room with circulating air at 40°C to dry. After cooling, it is placed on a screen inspection table for revision and edge sealing according to the quality of the screen. 7. Solidify The corrected screen needs to be cured after exposure (secondary exposure). Use a clean soft brush dipped in curing agent to dissolve the wave, and apply it evenly on both the printing surface and the scraping surface.
Apply evenly once and put it into a drying room with circulating air at 50C for 1 hour or let it dry naturally for 4hours before use.
