Instructions for Use
1. Prepare Clean the bonding surface between the screen frame and the screen to remove any remaining adhesive layer.(Thescreenframeusedforthe first timeneeds Rub it with fine sandpaper to make the surface rough, then wipe off the stain with solvent, and pre-coat two coats of FLAT SCREEN BINDER on the bonding surface of the screen frame to dry) 2. Stretch screen Fix the screen frame on the screen stretching machine, use mechanical and pneumatic methods to tighten the screen on the bonding surface of the screen frame, stick the fastening screen on the bonding surface of the screen frame, dip a brush of suitable width into FLAT SCREEN BINDER, and brush once on all sides of the screen frame, when slightly dry, use a rubber plate or soft cloth to wipe the bonding part to fully bond the screen and screen frame. Drying time: 3-5min in summer and 5-10min in winter.
